Posting rules
Five rules every job on Bluefolio follows. Break one and we remove the job. Break them again and we suspend the account.
Show the pay
Every job lists its allowance, salary, rate or budget. Unpaid roles say so plainly and explain what applicants get instead, like academic credit.
Never charge applicants
No training fees, deposits, uniform costs or paid “starter kits”. If a role costs the applicant money, it can’t be posted.
No commission-only roles
Commission can sit on top of a base pay. It can’t be the only pay.
Describe the real work
At least 200 characters on what the person will do and who they’ll work with. “DM for details” isn’t a description.
Keep applications here or on a real site
Applicants apply through Bluefolio or a working careers page. A phone number or personal email alone doesn’t count.
