Outcome Software studio shipping apps and digital products — born from hackathons; civic + founder work.
The story
qtr.zip is a small software studio with a simple motto: "We ship things." I'm Co-Founder & Business Lead.
We're an Ateneo-rooted team that came together through hackathons, and we've kept building since — civic tech and founder projects alike.
qtr.zip is the team behind SALBAR → eSalba, our offline-first emergency continuity work for LGUs, along with other builds.
