The story
OpenAI Build Week Manila was the first OpenAI hackathon in the Philippines: 250+ participants across 60 teams.
Under the hood, GPT-5.6 Vision understands and identifies the objects, SAM 2 handles pixel-level segmentation, and AI-generated pricing and listing details turn the whole scene into a storefront. One photo, multiple listings, built in one day.
What came of it
We took 3rd place. Thank you to David Marquez for hosting OpenAI Build Week Manila. Still unreal.
